I ordered a pair of UGG boots that were on sale on 11/24/16 and I still have not received them. I've called their 800 number twice and both times the person on the other end did not care 1 bit about my call.

First was told they were going out that day (1 week after I ordered them). Second time, I was told they were still processing the order as they had a lot of holiday orders. That was 1 week after the first call. It would now take 5 to 7 business days to process the order and then 2 more days for shipping.

Unbelievable. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was available but they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. It's Friday so I may not get a call until early next week. What kind of way is this to do business?

I am so furious. I could have driven to the store and purchased them. I will never use Walking Company again. They don't even care.

It was like the person on the phone was pissed off at me for complaining about it. I'm guessing that the supervisor isn't going to be any better because it is just a call center.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

The Walking Company Cons: Customer service is awful did not care about my problem.
