I ordered a pair of Ugg boots off the website and received a confirmation email indicating the item was in stock and would be processed. Several days later I emailed my confirmation number and asked about why I did not receive a shipping confirmation email.

The response from customer service asked for my order number which wasn't included on my confirmation email so I emailed back the confirmation email from them. I never heard back. I had to phone them and ask about this order. They said it never went through because the item was out of stock.

I am so frustrated with this company. They never let me know the item was out of stock, they never let me know my order did not go through.

Something is seriously wrong with their processing and communication. They have lost me as a customer.

Exact thing just happened. Purchase sandals (for my wife) at Santa Barbara store.

Paid with credit card and confirmed sandals in stock - by taking my money on the spot. Then 3 or 4 days later, I get an email that the sandals are no longer in stock. Finally, to add insult to injury, I have to wait a week to get the refund put back on my card. Next time I see a Walking Store, I am going to keep walking!

Or, maybe, this company has too many customers - yeah, right! Adios Walking Store
