The Walking Company - Terrible customer service.
Employee was on their cell phone while waiting on customers. They obviously didn't want to be there. Not the first time working with rude employees.

As I'm writing this, I am on hold with The Walking Company for 15 minutes with no recognition whatsoever. I'm calling because I ordered a pair of shoes and it's very apparent that when I received them last night they have been used.

The Walking Company - Inconsistent
Service varies. I buy online and wait for shipping which is often delayed. At times my purchases arrive carefully packed with cardboard shoe forms (important with sandals) and some times without. Sandals in particular sometimes appear shopworn. No evidence of wear on the sole but straps appear less than new.
