I purchased 5 pairs over the last 2-3 years and all started squeaking so that they are embarrassing to wear. These shoes were worn only on weekends and and rotated so that all have very low mileage and obviously not worn out.

It's not like I bought one pair and wore them every day for two years. This is an obvious quality issue which the Walking Company refuses to stand behind. They state that they are out of warrantee. I guess customer loyalty isn't valued by this company.

They won't even offer me a token of compensation. I can safely say I will never again walk into their store.

Product or Service Mentioned: Shoes.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Does not respond to quality issues.

Mine have been squeking for a long time and their answer was of well, you must have done something to them? Done something to them?

Like what? Wear them????

Very disappointed....good money down the drain. Never ever again!!!!
