The Walking Company - Terrible Return Policy
I purchased a pair of Dansko shoes because I got a new job working retail and needed something that would help with the pain from standing all day. I was told I could return the shoes if they did not work.
Turns out I couldn't. What they meant was I could exchange them. I have a very difficult foot to fit, extra wide with a very high instep. They had nothing else that I could wear comfortably.
We tried. Had I known I couldn't get my money back ($140), I would have done business elsewhere. For this to be a national chain and not accept returns and give refunds is insane. Do yourself a favor and give a department store your business.
If something doesn't work out at least you can get your money back. I had to take a gift card and it will expire in 6 months. Their selection is so elderly, and prices so astronomical that I've yet to use the gift card.
The only reason I stopped in this place was because it was close to the new store I work in. Never again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Location: Cullman, Alabama

I agree! I have had the most miserable time returning some shoes I bought online!!! I think, if "The Walking Company"
does not improve their return policy, they will lose enough customers that they will no longer be in business!!
I like to flip things also and expect everyone to give me my money back no matter what!
its true what she says. you obviously work for those *** loser get a life you troll.
You are a liar. The gift card never expires.
