I am still steamed after waiting forever on their phone line for a mistake on my credit card. I have been charged twice for a shoe that I bought and I had already been on the line before to tell them the problem.

Deeply disappointed with this company's customer service phone line and I would not recommend doing the online ordering unless you are absolutely certain their shoes will fit you. This is one of the few companies I have dealt with that has been so poor in their phone service that I would have to write a complaint.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of dansko shoes and associated monetary loss in the amount of $97. The Walking Company needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
